"I had an out-of-state comprehensive claim for my vehicle and it was difficult to deal with because I had to have repairs made immediately to finish my vacation. Chris was able to work with the State Farm adjustor and we came through the claim process with a happy ending. Chris and his team may represent a "Big Insurance" company like State Farm but they operate with a small town customer service approach that is exemplary. I highly recommend Chris Loeffert and State Farm Insurance."

"Recently my truck was extensively damaged by a fallen tree branch.I called my State Farm agent Chris Loeffert late one Friday evening. Within 1hour my claim was submitted, recommended body repair shops discussed, rental vehicle procedures explained. I could not be more satisfied with the service Chris provided. The claim was processed, body repair work completed quickly, and my Hertz rental returned ahead of schedule. I only paid my deductible, nothing else and NO hassles. 100% satisfied !!!"
